Please make sure that you order the correct flavors and /or product type, as it is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct products.
Please note that we don’t do any refund unless the below can be proven
I’ve been sent the wrong item. What should I do?
Contact your agent within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of packaging and items sent.
I’ve received a damaged item. What should I do?
Damaged or defective products can be refunded if proof of damage and or defect of products are provided to your agent within 24 hours of delivery.
Naturally Sassy will refund at its own discretion.
